These Terms & Conditions describe the conditions for using the ZnZ Arabian Oudh website and purchasing products through our available sales channels.

Fragrance preference, projection and longevity can vary with individual perception, application and environmental conditions. Any specific product claims should be read together with the relevant description.

Follow the product label and usage instructions. Products sold as fragrances must not be ingested. Burners and products requiring heat should be used only as directed and kept away from children and flammable materials.

Prices are stated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless explicitly indicated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be disclosed before you confirm your purchase.

Prices, promotions and available stock may change before an order is accepted. A promotion applies only according to the conditions stated with that offer.

If an item is unavailable or a material pricing or listing error is identified after you submit an order, we will contact you about the available options. We will not substitute a product or increase an agreed price without your approval.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request; acceptance is confirmed separately when availability and order details have been checked.

Please review your delivery address, phone number, selected variants and quantities carefully. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed.

We may be unable to accept an order because of stock limitations, unavailable delivery coverage, unsuccessful payment or reasonable concerns about fraudulent activity. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the next steps and arrange any refund due.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective item, contact us promptly with the order details and a description of the issue. Photographs and retained packaging may help us investigate.

Return eligibility, any applicable request window, product-condition requirements and return shipping arrangements will be disclosed before purchase or in the return policy provided for your order.

For fragrance and personal-use products, opening or using the product may affect eligibility for a change-of-mind return where that restriction was disclosed before purchase. This does not by itself remove remedies for an incorrect, defective or misdescribed product.

Where a refund is approved or otherwise due, we will confirm the amount, payment method and expected processing time. Payment-provider processing times may also apply.
